The Heart of Loss A six week class that embodies the soul's journey of grief and renewal. The focus of these classes is on the qualities of courage, love, forgiveness, peace, joy, hope. Activities included are: relaxation, creativity, sharing stories, and movement. The cost for six classes is $150
Level Two
Finding Yourself In TransitionThis six week class continues to deepen our exploration of life purpose, and expression as a result of loss. Activities include breath work, clay modeling, journaling, ritual and music relaxation and meditation. The cost for six classes is $150.
Level Three
Growing Into a New You This is a monthly support class for those needing monthly ongoing support after completing the first two level classes. Within this class there are opportunities for deepening activities of the previous classes and field trips. The cost for a six month series is $150.

A Weekend Retreat Expand your opportunity to rest, and renew yourself as you are guided through enriching activities such as ritual, sharing stories, artistic expression, music, and relaxation. Cost varies due to location. Inquire about upcoming retreats.
Memorial, Remembrance or Ritual Services I offer consultations to create or lead a ceremony to remember your loved that encourages expression of creativity and spirituality. Rituals can mark the anniversary of a death, or honor the growth and renewal of a grieving person. Cost is determined individually for each service.
