Payment, rescheduling and cancellations
Life sometimes changes our plans. With advance notice, I’ll gladly help you find a new time first.
This policy applies only to paid sessions. Introductory sessions offered free of charge remain free.

- Payment for a paid session is due in full when you book your appointment.
- Let’s find a new time first
- Plans changed? Let me know at least 24 hours before your session starts. We’ll arrange a new time together and transfer your payment to it at no extra charge.
- If rescheduling doesn’t work for you
- If moving the session isn’t a suitable solution and you cancel at least 24 hours before it starts, you can request a full refund of the payment for that session.
- Life happens? Last-minute change? Just this once.
If you let me know less than 24 hours, but at least 1 hour, before your session starts, I can offer a one-time reschedule at no extra charge. Your payment transfers to the replacement session and becomes non-refundable.
The replacement appointment is final: no further rescheduling or refund is available, even with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellation or non-attendance
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session starts, or do not attend, the payment for that session is non-refundable. The one-time rescheduling exception is subject to the conditions above.
